      Friendly environment, great culture. Kind of monopoly in telecom industry. Colleagues not too aggressive comparing with other companies.

      Fair pay. Pay increase once per 2 years. Bonus depends on environment.

      they will never fire you even you can't do your job

      Cons

      I don't have any cons but I can give pros: once you get in, you will retire at same rate. Even if you die they will pay you salary for few years at same rate that you got in.
