      Pros

      Pay and Benefits were all that was good.

      Cons

      Management dont really care for you. Its all about the production of the company. Safety is tweaked. I watched how one HARD WORKING employee that worked crazy OT and came in when they called and stayed late when they asked exhaust himself to the work. You know he loved his job. Well, This individual got injured and the company didnt want to take care of him and eventually letting him go.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
