Great benefits, worklife is amazing & the people couldnt be any better.

there isnt any cons tbh

I am at a lost to think of one

unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
