      Pros

      Very good experience in working with customers. Learn a lot about physical testing and get a hands on experience. Get to experience everything that your mentor does.

      Cons

      There's really no chance at getting hired on since they just keep getting new co-op students every year.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
