      Pros

      A great culture! The company invests in its team members professionally and personally! There is a genuine Enviornment that empowers staff to succeed based their own unique talents and fosters the importance of life/work balance. Fast paced, creative work that challenges all levels of expeience. Transparent, approachable and intelligent senior management. All staff is activly encouraged to volunteer in the community and give back to the less fortunate and ownership “walks the walk” in this mission

      Pros

      - PBS has stability in the market being in business since 1986. - Working in Naples, FL, is working in Paradise! - With the construction boom in SWFL, career growth and advancement opportunities are available. - PBS stands by its Purpose Statement of Building Better Lives for its Team, its Clients, and its Community. - PBS is a very well-respected company in the community. - We offer a diverse set of projects in several market sectors, including impactful work that contributes to the growth of the county.

      Cons

      - Living (and building) in Florida does come with the risk of weather, but I would rather be here than shoveling snow! - Traffic congestion during peak tourist season could be an annoyance.

      - Mainly seasonal work but still nice to work with them.
