Pros
I was working with a great team consisting of many young and talented minds. But it really depends on your department though. I've heard horror stories from the other departments. Job workload is seasonal. During the busy months it can be really overwhelming. During the lull period I took the time to learn more about robotics and automation. Based on your role, you can request for training but that depends if the company sees it as an investment in return.
Cons
Employee welfare is lacking. Bonus was promised but not fulfilled. We were given only 50% of it. Expect nothing else. No medical or dental benefits although you can make claims for them but its capped at a low amount. Company couldn't even afford annual dinners out of the company premises. No such things as team bonding activities, retreats or monthly hangouts. Lastly, it's a family run business, their families' well being comes first as seen by the numerous post held by the family members.
