Hybrid work set up or work from home when living outside Luzon.
Cons
- Management is toxic. Team leads and higher management do not have leaderships skills. All they want is to trap employees to the same role. - No career growth specially if the manager do not like the person. - Management are discriminating people about their age, role, and religion. If the management knows you are from the Seventh Day Adventist, your application will not push. - Every cut off delayed salary and incomplete payout. - The company does not follow the 30 days final pay guidelines of DOLE. Before you get your final pay, you need to beg the management. - Managers are self serving.
