Great office location, growth centric, transparent direction of Company

Hours can be super long due to the workload requirement. Not a company for people who looks for retirement style of job. Higher management did too much to accommodate to all staff. This cause of a lot of dismay when the junior and more self centered staffs when their requests are not met. This is not an IPO big company. All SME faces the issue of people expecting big corporate style of (I only do what's within my scope) and expects someone else to pick up their left over slacks. To be honest, when I see these negative reviews I only see unhappy divorcee complains. If you expect a company to accept your whacky characters, find yourself a whacky company.
