Great job - Crisis Counselor PATH Crisis Center Employee Review

I think our leaders at the top really try to have an inclusive environment. I really appreciate that the interim CEO is trying to make things better. The benefits are still really good and free for employees. Our new assistant director for 988 is very smart and focused on what we need to do to become better at helping the callers. Great place to work.

Some of the managers need better leadership skills but I think they will become better. Some employees forget that it’s not always about them and everything can’t be what they think it should be. Nobody knows how to run a company so it’s good to keep learning and be open to it.
