everyone works very hard and works together , great team. Whenever I have needed something I was able to get support and learn more. They really care about the employees, field staff and want the best for their clients. I would recommend them to other in a heart beat. Matter of fat I have them taking care of my own family member. Very friendly people at PASCO/SW .

working within the constraints of a state funded program puts high demands staff and can be stressful because the requirements increase but no compensation follows for the company. I know this has been a struggle with increasing wages. But I feel like they try.

My patients were all great! Most of the other CNAs I worked with were amazing and helpful. The job sounded like a really good job to have while I was in school but didn't turn out that way.

I was promised a $300 sign on bonus and never got it. The communication between the office and patients was terrible and lead to many frustrations for the CNAs and Nurses. I signed on as a CNA but found myself working as a PCP earning $3 less. When I first started one of the CNAs warned me about watching my pay stubs for missing hours and sure enough not all my time was given to me, each check was missing hours. When I brought it up to my supervisor she sent it in and I only received $6 back for my missing 60 or so hours. The supervisor also wasn't as willing to work with my schedule as she said she would be knowing I was in college.
