Only the thing is the owner makes you to feel like you are the only brilliant i the world.i.e.she motivate the people. They used to in the AC only at the time of client visiting our office.Other than that time Ac will remains idle.
Cons
No proper training provided,Without knowing nature of work they running the firm.Only money motive .No care about clients.
