PAIRIN enacts the values, we don't just talk about them. Our values are in every part of everything we do. For instance, we say "Value the Whole Person," and we have a open time-off policy. So, there's no limit on the time you can take. Recently, I had a family emergency and had to leave and be mostly out of contact for about a week and a half. My sister was struggling to have the time off from her job and had to have people loan her time. I didn't have to worry about anything. The time was available, and everyone I worked with just took over and let me take care of what I needed to without any worries. I felt completely supported through a time when at any other job would have been made more stressful. PAIRIN really is a special place.

There really aren't any, especially if you like to work hard. We are a growing company, so there might be some tensions there, but that's normal and our values around assuming positive intent and having open and honest communication helps all of that.
