M&W is a great place to work if you’re willing to work hard and value being a competitive designer. I’ve been with the firm for over 4.5 years, and the LA office is an inspiring and wonderful team of talented and inspirational designers who work well together and creative a supportive and amazing team environment, as long as you have the passion to work hard. When it comes down to teamwork, I would recommend anyone who has a strong worth ethic, creative mindset and steadfast personality to join the LA office. The designers are some of my closest friends and confidants, and will welcome you with open arms if you demonstrate commitment and devotion to the field. As long as you have a passion for design, I’m sure you will fit in.
