Pros
Allowed me constantly put my technical and electronic skills to use whilst contributing practical and manufacturing skills too! Best of both worlds, always busy
Cons
Often long hours I suppose! (However the reward of completing something once thought of as being impossible is simply unbeatable) Long delays in receiving project components via courier and finally the South African branch where I was based forced closure during Covid as all travel was restricted at one point.
