- Unfriendly working environment - Management staff class difference ( inhuman) - No education improvement facility for staff employees that enjoys officer - Heavy industry technical staff shouldn't join ( suicidal act) - Medical facility is poor as compared to multinational companies of the country. - Salaries are not competitive to the market. Salary increase is pathetic. ( A non technical employee (Admin officer, Clerk) enjoys more worth than Technical employees ( engineers and technicians) - Susidiary institute ( Toothless) - No Freedom ( and even that bondage brings no fruits/ incentives) -
