Pros

Some of the people have been there since day 1 and are dedicated and hardworking.

Cons

Every executive's kid gets a job within the company, regardless of experience. Parents are the supervisors and there are a ton of conflict of interests. No department was safe from nepotism, even HR. Also, Upper Mgmt is very diverse but middle mgmt are a bunch of trump supporters so there is that.

Pros

Some of the staff are amazing people and truly care. Many of the providers that used to work there did a wonderful job caring for the patients.

Cons

If you’re looking for growth this is not the place for you, you will stay right where you are with no explanation. Your good deeds go unnoticed , unless a coworker is willing to recognize you , but never from management. If your mom works in HR, or you have a parent or spouse that works for the company you can become a manager without any clinical experience, or you’re brown nosing the director of operations to get ahead. This company only cares about money and how many new patients that can load on the few physicians they have. Their public image is the main concern! I worked and saw zero patients for months without any proper training.
