P2S is still a good place to work. The management is reasonably fair, compassionate, and engaged with staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard. HR tries to care and create policies that facilitate flexibility.
Cons
The acquisition by Legence has significantly eroded the company, our work-life balance, and our happiness. Healthcare costs have risen 2-3x, they've gutted performance documentation procedures, made project financials a performative exercise, added significant uncertainty to future performance-based incentives, added uncertainty of the opportunity for advancement, and limited our day-to-day tools in the interest of "security" when in reality we already followed best practices. Legence has pushed for higher utilization metrics but stymied our ability to process and deliver projects efficiently. Arbitration agreements will keep issues hidden and fail to hold the company responsible. Many top-performers have already left or are strongly considering their options.
