      Pros

      Pay rate is higher than similar positions for the area. Growing at a rapid pace and opening new positions constantly.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks any sort of communication with anyone below a C-level. Managers and supervisors have poor communication also, which makes doing your job well very hard. Very little room for advancement in the good ole boy system.

      Pros

      Chances for increased pay Supervisors are nice

      Cons

      Expected to keep up with more work as people quit/fired and their jobs are absorbed. Manager can't give you above a 3 on your review (up to 5 potential) which affects your raises. CEO loves the sound of his own voice. Most staff that has been with the company for a long time are unwelcoming and cold to new people.
