meeting great people and the job itself feels rewarding

Cons

It is very hard on your body, and a lot of memorization goes into being successful. You must memorize a 50-minute template that changes daily. You are also expected to create new playlists for every class. This can add a lot of admin hours and be extremely overwhelming when first starting.
