Shockingly Better, via New Management - Customer Service Agent P&R Dental Strategies Employee Review

I have worked for P&R for several years. The company has always provided excellent products and services to customers, but had an extremely negative internal attitude toward employees as shown by the ownership. I was actually in process of quitting, when we were purchased by a new ownership and management team. The new company is Professional, process/data driven, and genuinely respects and nurtures its employees. Night and Day Positive improvement in comparison with before. A huge positive change in Culture and Environment.
