Pros
They provide benefits and PTO time that makes the work life balance a lot easier to manage compared to any other company I’ve been with. In my time with the company so far, I can legitimately say I that not only is it such a outstanding positive work environment, but their transparency makes it easy to care about the company in more ways than it being “just a job”. Because everyone is so kind and understanding and work together in a great way, I can’t wait to hopefully see how the company continues to grow down the line.
