Pros

It was nice getting to work remotely. They also have decent benefits (that I didn't really get to utilize). It was also nice having a job... while it lasted.

Cons

I was only with the company for 6 weeks. I was given a vague write up about my "performance" about 4 weeks into it. If someone is struggling at a new job, 4 weeks in that has something to do with the person who is teaching. When I asked for feedback about my progress, my inquiry was ignored. And when I was fired, there was no details, explanation, or compassion about my situation and my efforts. I thought that was weird because my mistakes were both minor and fixable... my manager, on the other hand, sent out a bunch of cards without encoding on them and they let that slide... it was weird. I caught someone doing fraud and they didn't acknowledge it. Expect 0 credit if you do anything right and they will make you feel like a horrible person when you accidentally do something wrong.... (even if that's how they taught you to do it. If your supervisor doesn't approve of you, you're pretty much screwed.

Pros

It's a job, better than starving

Cons

The CEO has gone insane, fired three people out of 20 in three months. Two with no warning. Now he is trying to hire for the same positions, but cheaper AND expanding their responsibilities. He's now ranting that he can't find good employees, despite wanting more work for less. Everyone is preparing to jump ship. If you're homeless, this would be a step up. Otherwise look other places.
