- Lots of responsibility and opportunity to grow from early in career - Small, close-knit local team that delivers events across the world - Opportunities to travel to locations like Boston and Singapore - Company culture that is very supportive of work-life balance - Successful publishing business that complements the events - Regular team drinks and activities My favourite pro -the company is the clear market leader but still thinks like a start-up; continually trying to innovate, a flat hierarchy where everyone can influence the direction of travel, non-corporate and agile enough to make changes quickly.

You need to want to get stuck in and strive for improvement. You are well supported but not spoon fed.

Everyone is super helpful, there is a relaxed atmosphere but the team is nonetheless driven and enthusiastic. Emphasis is really placed on the customers and their needs. The staff rotas are fair and temporary staff tend to work on courses more than once, leading to a lovely atmosphere and some real friendships.
