Great Community - Centre Director Oxford Innovation Employee Review

All staff are so friendly, there is a great team dynamic where people really care about you; it feels less like you're a 'cog in the machine', and more like you are genuinely valued and respected for your input and contributions.

There aren't any really; I suppose for some elements of the job may be a little fast-paced.

I have been working for OI for 3 months now and everyone is very pleasing to talk to. Have had more training for my role with OI than previous companies and trainers have followed up with 1-1's to see if any further help is needed before being signed off. MD is really nice to talk to and listens to everything being said and asked. Love working for OI and looking forward to next steps in my role
