Pros
OCG does not try to be all things to all people. It is a company with a determined focus on being the best at Identity Access and Identity Governance and does not try to deviate too much from that. This gives Architects and Consultants the opportunity to hone their skills and become true SMEs. Attention is given to employee growth and satisfaction and management takes feedback seriously and attempts to make adjustments where practical.
Cons
The only on con is also a pro. Being a distributed workforce, most of the time you are working solo with little team member interaction. This can be both good and bad.
