Pros
A great place to work if you want to grow as an employee, there is no standing still here, everything is about progression personally and as a company. there is a focus on the value of employees, we are rewarded for a job well done and are always looking for the value that each employee brings, There is an emphasis on making a difference, putting effort in and being better than you were yesterday. The owners very much believe in giving everyone the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, we are not held back or micro-managed, we are encouraged to take initiative and progress our teams. It is a very forward-thinking and interesting company, a nice environment with friendly and considerate people. I have also always received great support from my team, manager and senior managers. I would like to say that i can see myself having a long career here.
Cons
We have in the past had a couple of team members who did not have the same ambitions, as that of the company or those within it. This has had an impact on teams. We are always busy and always innovating, creating something better and if people do not want to be a part of that it can slow things down which can be frustrating for those powering through.
