Pros

The Client Support Team has been the best team I've ever worked along side of. Multicultural workplace. Generally peaceful workplace with passable work/life balance.

Cons

Upper Management is a bit resistant to change, which can get extremely frustrating over time causing you to get jaded about striving for innovative solutions. Only one person of color at highest level of upper management despite company diversity. Resistant to remote work. Careerpathing is currently limited but is in development.

Thanks for your feedback. I generally agree with most of your pros/cons and would also like to add some detail below. It's fine to rank the CEO poorly, but the team at OxBlue certainly warrants a higher ranking and I ask that you reconsider that ranking. -Thanks from the CEO. Pros - Agreed on a great CS team and multicultural workplace Cons - If there are ideas you are passionate about that are consistent with our strategy and purposes but have not been adopted I encourage you to develop them further, find data to support them and present them. There is a substantial amount of proposals and change always occurring, the better developed and supported an idea is the more opportunity it has of being implemented. For product releases, we've hired a Director of Product and built out an entire team in the last 6 months, with the increased resources comes increased focus in this area and it is just starting to be implemented now.
