Pros

Hard to come up with any positives except for some amazing Co-Workers most of who have moved on to bigger and better things escaping the toxic environment

Cons

If you are looking to work for a company with a horrible and condescending CEO, lazy and rude management, awful compensation and all around toxic environment look no further ownerIQ is the company for you. ownerIQ has the unique gift of taking smart, hardworking, and passionate people and relentlessly beating them down until they have no choice but to leave. There is absolutely no opportunity for career growth unless you are an expert in failing up and playing the politics game (welcome to the swamp). ownerIQ enjoys keeping their employees in constant fear of being fired, while continuously moving the goal post making it impossible for anyone to achieve success. Management from the top down is hands down the worst I have ever seen. Often times verbally abusive to employees and always condescending varying on a whim from micro-managers to non-existing managers who spend there day shopping or working out instead of being at the office. They are quick to take credit for success and just as fast to blame for failure. Its unfortunate that ownerIQ actually has a relatively good value prop but can't seem to get out of their own way. The teams are structured in a way that causes cluster and confusion for clients making closing deals very challenging. FINAL WARNING: If after all this you still decide to take a job at ownerIQ and start to close deals be warned that they often let people go to avoid paying commission.
