Interesting technology, lots to learn about physics, electronics, etc. I appreciated the time I spent at this company, I learned a lot.
Cons
This company is a one trick pony! Phase change memory may never become commercialized. The future of the company is in serious doubt. Very eclectic and eccentric group of people that work there. Many unofficial, undocumented company policies making it difficult to follow the rules.
