Pros

Flexibility, work from home, some of the colleagues are nice.

Cons

Expected to know things immediately, daily micro managing which drove the morale down to 0. Manager not listening, typing about issues that has nothing to do with me during 1-2-1 and not listening properly. Say they care about well-being but they don't. Made to feel like no matter how much work you do, it's not enough. Prior to December 2022, it wasn't too bad then they changed everything, moved managers and it got way worse.
