- Amazing atmosphere - Almost zero office politics - Management were not "in charge", we all worked together - Great lunches - Great office space - Feedback between employees normalised - twice-yearly trips - Genuinely felt valued and welcome
Cons
- Some wierdness about discussing money (only a little) - Most employees very young so not a big experience pool - Recently getting a little too into meeting-culture and red-tape in some departments
