Low Pay, low morale, no Mgmt support - Senior Premium Auditor Overland Solutions Employee Review

There is constant micro-managing and badgering of their auditors. They want 100% from their staff but only give 25% in return. The managers do not support their team and step aside to allow upper level management complete access to team members. They rebuke auditors without cause or knowing the entirety of a situation, then force the auditor to provide proof of a decision. QC reviewers are based in India and do not have working knowledge of the auditing process. Auditors are required to constantly prove their decisions to QC and management who are quickly included by QC. The auditor is always wrong first.
