      Pros

      Clean environment, fair pay, tools supplied for maintenance crew, good work attitudes, parking always available.

      Cons

      No direction, line employees speak mostly Spanish and have say when trying to work peaceably, supervisors are not visible most of the time, repairs to equipment is difficult due to lack of supplies, time wasted on waiting for other departments to do their job. Not recommended if looking for permanent position.

      Pros

      - Benefits: PTO, sick days, 401k, health insurance, dental and vision. - Good Christmas parties. - Free lunches at closing periods and pizza once a month.

      Cons

      - Poor Leadership - Favoritism - Toxic Working Environment - Company culture ruled by boomers - High Turnover - Narcissistic Managers If you do not have a high position or seniority you are no one in this company. Opinions, thoughts and new ideas are never heard from new employees. Upper management do not care for growth of employees and they feel like dictators with their abuse of power. HR is manipulated by people in power and will be only for the interest in covering the company and not the employees.
