Worked in the commercial team for under a year. There are some nice colleagues, but management is extremely inconsistent. Rules and procedures seem to change regularly depending on the situation, and the leadership style feels very wishy-washy. The environment is also heavily micromanaged, which affects morale.
Good culture of group as a whole. 2 days in the office with free on site parking
Cons
Poor management. Favouritism is very common and management aware but nothing is done about it. Good solicitor allowed to leave leaving less experienced.
