      - Changing directions/initiatives frequently, based on short term considerations (natural at a start-up though) - Very open communication policy but needs to apply to difficult decisions that are made too

      • Early stage startup means frequent course-corrections and mistakes and pivots • High level of autonomy is not suited to everyone

      Over is growing incredibly quickly and there is enormous opportunity for the right people to really excel. The company also offers incredible benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      It's a start-up, so you have to wear a lot of different hats and be up for trying new things.
