Nothing negative to say everything is wonderful.

Literally nothing. Well, not anymore at least. The company has definitely gone down hill.

Maintenance gets the terrible end of every stick and gets treated like slaves compared to the office. Office doesn’t do anything but sit there all day long. They get to speak and treat maintenance staff any which way they want, but the minute maintenance speaks up, the office feels uncomfortable and it’s all maintenance fault. Office staff gets to sit on their phones and watch tv all day, nobody does building walks but everyone expects maintenance to drop what they’re doing and respond to favors or work orders that take no priority over anything. God forbid you speak up and ask for a transfer, they force you to stay at your property and work in a hostile work environment. No matter how hard you try, everything you do is wrong. Trust me, stay away from this company. As far away as possible.
