Pros

Will unfairly dismiss you. Uses PIP to make sure you don’t have any claims against them if you raise labor case in the court. If the client wants you gone, they will help them and have you dismissed without having to pay any severance. That’s how they work. Disrespectful and power tripping HR leaders.

Cons

Management doesn’t really care about staff being illegally dismissed due to unrealistic client demands. They overly protect their clients to the point where employee’s side are never considered.

Pros

Work life balance - Company offers a work from home setup. Strong Company Culture - Supportive leadership and teamwork. Competitive salary - Offers high salary range versus other companies in the industry. No history of delayed payroll and convertible into cash for the unused leaves.

Cons

Nothing to share at this moment.

Pros

I remember the day I started working at Outsourced. My wife was about to give birth, and suddenly, they asked me to go home instead of continuing my work for the day. I was amazed—on my first day as a trainee, they allowed me to use my paternity leave, which is not a typical decision for a trainee. Thank you, Outsourced. I will never forget that.

Cons

One observation I have is that the relationship between the TL and the agents does not seem very strong. It may be beneficial to regularly check in with the agents to understand their well-being and assess their work status
