Great Company so far - Tech Support Outsource Solutions Employee Review

Having recently joined the team I was blown away at how quickly I felt part of the team. I was thought off before I started which left me with no fears at all when I walked through the door. The senior management see themselves as staff with no-one using their title to get work done or being authoritative. If you do what you are meant to do they genuinely do not mind where you work from. I have took a new lease of life and excited to do my job again due to not worrying if I am running late due to traffic etc. I can do my work and spend time with my family, they really push family comes first and they are your priority. The staff all welcome you to the team and you don’t feel like the new person. Outsource is a passionate company where staff and customers are at the core. If you want to join an amazing company where you will get the chance to learn and grow then you need to join Outsource.

I genuinely cannot think of any cons so far, everyone is there to help and push the company in the same way.

Committed team who strive for the best for the business and our customers. An environment that we enjoy working in and people we enjoy working with, with many of us socialising outside of work. My role has changed a few times in the organisation in my time there, they are willing to let you try something new and support you. The majority of us have worked their way up through the business over time here. Opinions and views can be voiced and are listened to, we do have a say. Training has now become a priority and the majority of us have taken on different learning paths offered to us.

The recent changes in the business due to growth have been eventful and challenging but I understand that these are necessary for the business to change so it can grow.
