Pros
Before Outsource Access, I was in the call center industry. I can not explain enough the stress I have to endure while in that industry. I prayed for a job that can pay me way better, where I can gain some of myself back - a better work-life balance, flexible working hours, where I can potentially work and travel at the same time, and definitely less stress. Outsource Access was the answer to that prayer and more. I am extremely thankful for the opportunities, the benefits and experiences I have had with them. I can not name them all, but I'll just say this - I am finally moving in to my own house and lot because of them. :)
Cons
No company is perfect. The management always means well. You just have to understand every situation and know what you can put into the table to help make the company better. :)
