Scapegoat management. always someone else's fault. you get setup and blamed when the sales don't come. Horrible leadership and if your not part of the "inside club" you'll never survive. Arrogant is an understatement on how view themselves. Butt kissing is a must and don't believe a word of all the false cool-aid drinking they all share. Backstabbing and office politics are a must to fit in with this two faced culture.
