Nice place to work. Great coworkers and some pretty good customers.

I found no more cons than usual in a workplace.

-Friendly co workers -PTOs decent -Fairly Flexible

-Good employees get extra job duties because management knows they'll get it done, while the others do way less -Have to really fight for a raise even if you do extra work -There's a pay cap which prevents you from getting a raise (it's "unfair" if you get paid the same as someone who been there longer, and they can't get a raise because there's someone who's been there longer than them, etc"
