Pros
I really don't think this firm is worth any good comments. We were recruited by the firm. the management requested us to visit Delhi for a live project for us to understand the job profile. At the time of confirmation, they refused to take us in. The reason stated was that they work by hiring interns and if they had any intention of hiring us, they would hire us at 1.5LPA. They drastically reduced their package. We were made to cold call customers. We were promised that 10% of the sales would be a part of our incentive.
Cons
It has been 6 months since our stint at the organization is over. We still were not paid a rupee. Their delivery system for the magazines is faulty. Customers pay for their magazines, however, they don't receive their magazines.
