Pros
Flexible time and remote work allows me to be a full-time mom and a full-time employee simultaneously. I get to be there for my kids physically while also providing financially. . My small team also has a great work environment. We have each other's backs. My teammates are understanding and patient. We're firm with deadlines but flexible with how we get there.
Cons
none. but if I really want to nitpick it would be delays in salary. But they're very transparent when we're not hitting KPIs and salary releases may be affected so it's not really a con.
