Pros
The pay per chart is good, mileage pay is very good and higher than others. The training and training pay is good. communication between employee and employer is very good. They supply all equipment needed to do the job and also reimburse for printer ink and paper and several other things.
Cons
All work is based on the contract that is in place at that time. There may or may not be enough work. My first project started off great and my schedule was full then after about a month and a half it went to nothing. On the second project, which started in February I still have not received any work. So it's really just a job to have if you aren't dependent on having to have a job.
