Pros

Vacation time and holidays off are decent, but no different than most other companies in the industry. There are also a handful (that's a generous amount) of people who are good and know what they're doing.

Cons

Where to begin... - Environment/Culture: From the offset, may seem like a "dream team" of driven individuals working hard and collaborating in almost a "start-up" fashion. This is all smoke and mirrors. Particularly in the marketing department, the environment is toxic and hostile. Leadership maintains its own agenda, lacks any speck of organization (thus causing chaos and stress amongst the entire department), and deprives junior-level employees from interfacing with key industry reps, leaving them without context on their projects, creating true connections, and inadvertently (or not) stunting their confidence. A few other key notes/thoughts: - Morale is usually very low. Lots of hard work, energy, and sleepless nights go into projects destined to fail financially. - Gossip and "he said, she said's" are rampant, and cause anxiety/stress across employees. - Favoritism. - Lack of communication between departments. - No true or reliable project management system or database. - Finger-pointing as a standard practice in resolving issues, rather than simply, well, resolving the issues. - Shame and scare culture. - No real platform to give input, as there is typically only one "voice" that truly carries weight in the end.

Pros

great company mission. cares about people (employees, artists, partners).

Cons

No cons for me. It's the perfect environment for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirt, knowledgable, and willing to work hard towards a unified mission.

Pros

As a contractor you create your own hours and WFH.

Cons

Leadership is horrific. Lack of communication and silent treatment for employees and contractors who have been laid off. They will lay you off with zero notice and refuse to answer emails and text with reasoning. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked for.
