Pros
The people are amazing and it's an exciting business model. The startups they invest in are really cool, and the fast pace is invigorating. I made some wonderful friendships and connections there.
Cons
At least when I was there, anyone who didn't have "President" in their name was extremely underpaid and overworked. There was a lot of turnover in the management levels. CEO has a volatile temper.
