An okay Employer all things considered

Values are only skin deep

Colleagues were friendly - great working relationships within the team. I learnt a lot about how to identify poor working culture and employee experience in a company.

There is zero opportunity for career progression. The company is unwilling to pay enough to get good seniors on the team, and they take advantage of juniors who are new to the industry and don't understand their worth. Zero real employee benefits aside from some very basic retail discounts, and no understanding of how to run a tech company at a management level.
