The worst company I ever worked for, people are fake and the culture is slavery like. There's no appreciation for friendly and hard working people and they tend to pile the pressure on the kind and innocent individuals who are not outspoken. Many of the employees get sacked without any reason hence, leading to cover for them for several months until they find someone suitable. This leads to mental stress and no work life balance. It looks very posh outside and the inside 'innovation' area although it's just for show!! BEWARE OF OTSUKA - OPEL
