Pros
Having amazing coworkers who turn into friends. Clothing allowance. Looks good on resume.
Cons
Low pay. Low morale. NOT diverse! 90% or more of senior management is white....At what point does the CEO step down or just sell the company? It’s a terrible working environment .it starts at the top with the way CEO treats his VP’s who get paid the most. How does one treat their investments so poorly?
