There are no pros working here its more of a bad internship then a real job only pro is you appreciate other companies more.
Cons
Most unstructured work place, toxic environment, no training. Its a desk job where you just stare at your computer just staring at your computer. Benefits are also terrible i highly recommend not joining this company there technology is also outdated so makes work harder.
